The aim of this research was to develop job thriving model in relation to emotional intelligence with the mediating role of psychological capital in female elementary school teachers. The method of this research was descriptive and was applied .The Population under study contained all female elementary school teachers of Tehran’s ministry of education in the year 1399.the sample size was selected 405 persons with use of the cluster sampling technique. Three major questionnaires : Thriving at work questionnaire(Porath et al,2011) , psychological capital questionnaire(Lutz,2007) and Emotional intelligence questionnaire (Shering,1995), were used to collect data. Descriptive statistics , correlation, regression and path analysis were used to analyze the data .The result showed that emotional intelligence and psychological capital have a positive relation with job thriving. Also, the results of path analysis showed the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between emotional intelligence with job thriving. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence can predict job thriving. Considering emotional intelligence can play an important role in the process of increasing job thriving and The hypothetical model of experimental data research had a good fit.

One of the ways to get out of the problems and damages of the existing Iranian family is to represent the pattern of the Islamic-Iranian scremer family, and since the national media as a sub-system is one of the main components of the country's cultural system and one of the largest sources of information and awareness, Therefore, in order to apply the model of the Islamic-Iranian screamer family, it should be considered in the national media (radio and television) as a theoretical and strategic basis for the production and production of programs. Therefore, the present study aims to present a model of the Islamic-Iranian screamer family, and it’s functioning in the national media, using the research methodology of the data of the Foundation. In the first stage of the study, with the detailed study of religious sources including the Holy Qur'an and the well-known and well-known hadiths of Shiites and Sunnis, as well as the family of the infallibles, the categories related to the family of apocalypse were encoded in three stages. In open coding, 284 categories were categorized in axial coding, which were categorized according to the similarity of the subject, and 54 were categorized, and in the final stage, following the hierarchical axis codes, 5 categories were derived. Aim: the present study was to comparing the effect of career counseling method based on social-cognitive theory, constructive, motivational on students’ career engagement.Methods: this research was quasi experimental study with the pre-test, post-test and follow up as well as control group. The study population consisted of undergraduate students of Alzahra University in 2015-2016 academic years. The stratified sampling method was used to identify and select appropriate sample. Among approximately 6,000 undergraduate students based on the Cochran sample size formula, 361 students were completed Career Engagement Questionnaire (Hirsch, Freund, & Herrmann, 2014). 60 students were selected and randomly assigned into the 3 experimental groups and 1 control (15 pre a group), and were assessed in pre-test, post-test and follow up by Career Engagement scale (CES, 2014).Results: the results of the within and between subjects from analysis of repeated measures and MANOVA revealed that training have a significant effect on enhancement of career engagement (P< 0.01). The post hoc test also revealed that total scores career engagement in post-test and follow up steps in control group were significantly lower than career counseling method based on social-cognitive theory, constructive, motivational.
